During our Christmas stay, we were pleasantly surprised by the convenient location of the hotel, just a short walk from the town center. This made it easy for us to explore the local restaurants, bars, and shops. the hotel provided us with spacious and clean rooms, which were equipped with hot water showers. We also appreciated the helpfulness of the staff, who assisted us in organizing transportation to our next destination and recommended a fantastic day trip.
the owner's behavior was unprofessional, as they were not honoring the guaranteed bookings made through online platforms. This resulted in confusion and arguments, making our overall experience less enjoyable.

Staff was amazing and very helpful. They went out of their way to please us! Thank you!
Hotel is of very poor accomodation. Really for hard core backpackers. We had just fan room which was terrible but maybe aircon rooms are better?

The value for money at Bai Fern Mansion was excellent. The room was basic but comfortable, with 2 4ft beds that were perfect for a parent and child. The location was great, with everything within walking distance, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
The breakfast offerings could be improved.

Staff - Couple who seemed to run the whole place were incredibly friendly and helpful Powerful fan Useful if just stopping over on way or from islands
Aged old facilities. Nowhere to put your stuff and every piece of furniture must have been used for years maybe decades. No screen on window.

Lovely couple that run it - Gay and her husband. Made to feel v welcome, can book trips from there. Nice big clean rooms, peaceful at the top end of krabi. I stayed there for about a fortnight. I didnt mean to..
The only thing was the mini van company that I used to take me to georgetown. I will let the owners know. The first driver was an absolute lunatic and very very rude. We got dropped off in hat yai. The second guy also drove like an effing nutter - 140km in a 60km zone in malaysia. Consequently we got stopped by the police, and they discovered the van wasnt insured for international driving, consequently we had to make the rest of our way to georgetown. Completely defeating the object of booking a trip. But thats not baifern mansions fault, just tedious rude thais trying to fleece you and provide a rubbish service, as usual.

Nothing bad to say.

The staff are amazing! Very friendly and helpful – they are willing to answer any questions you may have and will help you with travel arrangements if required (good prices too!). Their English is also very good and they are very patient if there are any misunderstandings. Good location - it is about a 5 minute walk to the main town meaning you get a quiet night’s sleep! Rooms are a good size and clean. Basic but good value for money when compared to other places in Krabi. Free Wifi and the downstairs communal area is very sociable – it is a good place to meet other travellers!

I recently stayed at Bai Fern Mansion for 2 nights. The location was fantastic, just a short walk from Krabi Town with its amazing bars and live music at Fubar. The staff were friendly and always asked about my day. The room was clean and comfortable, with a very comfortable bed. The hotel also arranged our boat trip to Phi Phi Islands and included a basic but satisfying breakfast. Great value for money.
Would be happy to recommend this hotel.

On arrival at the Krabi busstation there was a van from the hotel to pick us up. Very friendly, basic room but clean! They sell tours and bus/train/plain tickets.
We booked the economy room and there was no hot water what was not mentioned.
